Individual Report
This report shows the Checkpoint 360 survey results - the perception of the manager's competency in the 18 skill sets - by the manager (self) his or her manager, direct reports and peers.

Individual Report - Executive Briefing
The Executive Briefing report is a summary of the Individual Report showing the results for the eight competency areas of the manager being assessed.

Comparison Report
Similar to the Individual Report, the Comparision Report shows the progress the manager has made as a result of taking the recommended SkillBuilder online courses, which resulted from the first Checkpoint 360.  This is where the manager's progress in skills development truly becomes visible, with suggestions for coninued improvement.

Organizational Management Report 
This report is an invaluable tool in being able to quickly glimpse how your entire team is performing.  Without this report, one would have to assimilate from each manager's individual report their strengths and areas for growth one at a time - this report is an incredible time saver for your executive team!
